What material are Dentatus Anew and Atlas implants made of?

– Titanium Alloy ISO 5832 part 3/ASTM F136 (Ti6AI4V), with AlO blasted thread

How can I find the correct spare parts for Dentatus articulators and face bows?

– Please take a photo of the part you are looking for, and one of the actual articulator/face bow the part belongs to. Send them together with model information and a short description of the problem to your local distributor or directly to the Dentatus Service & Support Team. We will do our best to help you in finding the spare part you need.

If the spare part is for an articulator, also, if possible, include the serial number seen on the bottom of the Articulator.

How to use and place the Dentatus Surtex Classic Post?

– Please read the Instructions for use. You will find the document under Links & Downloads, (or click for the Instructions for use here)

What type of sterilization method is Dentatus using for the Atlas and Anew Implants?

– Irradiation (E-beam). Shelf life in unopened package is 5 years from date of sterilization.

Where are Dentatus products manufactured?

– In Spånga, outside of Stockholm, in Sweden

Which components do I need to make a Dentatus Atlas Implant Case?

– In general you need an Atlas Surgical and Prosthetic Instrumentation kit and 4 pcs of Atlas Implants in a proper size (2 implants per package). You also need Tuf-Link II Silicone Relining material. Find the Dentatus Atlas product range here under Links & Downloads.

Which components do I need to make a Dentatus Anew Implant Case?

– In general you need an Anew Surgical and Prosthetic Instrumentation kit and the implant/implants in a proper size, available in both 1pc/pkg and 2pcs/pkg. You also need the proper prosthetic components for the actual treatment. Please see the overview in our product catalogue under Links & Downloads. You can always contact your local distributor or Dentatus for further advice.
