Immediate Chairside Provisionalization

 

Dentatus MTI™ is the original Narrow-Body Implant System invented in the early 1990s. It allows successful provisionalization during full mouth implant therapy while providing patients an immediate function prosthesis.

The MTI Implant System is also an indispensable asset for bone graft, ridge augmentation procedures and transitional support of interim fixed restorations. Treatments may often be done in a chairside, single visit.

The implants are made of Grade I Titanium, they are available in 1.8 mm diameter, three lengths, and feature a machined surface. They engage the dense cortical plates of the jaw bone and report high initial stability. They are designed to be loaded immediately.

 

MTI Implants are placed in ancillary sites and immediately restored so that (1) patients never have to be without teeth and (2) surgical sites remain completely protected.

Prior to MTI, providing a denture for edentulous patients was commonplace, but the constant pressure often caused prosthetic overload during the critical bone remodeling phase and ultimately implant failure.

The MTI implants are used in conjunction with a splinted bar system and disperse mastication forces throughout the entire restoration. They have been found to aid in the osseointegration of the permanent implants and provide patients with a sense of what is to come – engaging them in the restorative design process at an earlier stage, leading to higher patient satisfaction.

The singular copings and built-in metal Bar-Stop solve earlier difficulties of interconnecting varying implant heights and misalignments. The prefabricated Ti Bars create a strong metal-resin laminated splint supported by the MTI Implants.
